Dr Karlheinz Spitz MBA
Executive Director, holding dual degrees in civil engineering and business administration, is an environmental consultant of international repute. Karlheinz is lead author of three textbooks, including ‘Mining and the Environmental – From Ore to Metal’ published by Taylor & Francis in 2009. Based in Indonesia for more than 20 years he has directed environmental and social impacts assessment studies for practically all large mine developments, covering a wide range of minerals and diverse spectrum of social and environmental settings.
Dr Wisnu Susetyo
provides leadership in and advice on QHSE management. His expertise includes ecological and health risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and crisis management. He has developed and established Environmental and Social Management Systems for several large organizations. Prior to joining greencorp Wisnu worked with large-scale mining operations with > 20,000 employees and >1 million tons per day material movement, including holding senior positions with Freeport Indonesia and Adaro.
David Turberfield
Country Director Singapore, has over twenty-five years’ experience providing practical and strategic environmental health and safety solutions to corporate and operational management, primarily in Asia. David has an MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment and extensive international project experience in Environmental Assessment, Management Systems, and Audit. David has lived and worked in the Asia Pacific Region since 1994, having been based in Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand.
Risqia Fajrina
Our environmental service group leader, is a graduate from the Bandung Institute of Technology, majoring in environmental engineering. She also earned a master degree in environmental management from the IE University in Madrid, Spain. Riri has been instrumental in completing feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for several mining companies.
